What you'll do

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients, learning their tastes, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized guidance on every visit.
• Represent the olive & elle brand with confidence, communicating product quality and value in a way that resonates.
• Handle client correspondence by phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Carry out daily store operations independently, maintaining shop presentation, light cleaning and cardboard breakdown.
• Stay alert to loss prevention and support a secure, well-run store environment.
• Be a positive presence for the team, setting a strong example and actively looking for ways to help the store and brand grow.

Who we're looking for

• Previous experience in relationship-driven retail, design, or client services, where building trust with customers was central to the role.
• A genuine eye for aesthetics and an appreciation for quality and design.
• Warmth and ease in conversation with the ability to make a connection quickly and naturally.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role as the business expands.
• Experience with Shopify POS including inventory management and SEO is a bonus

Schedule & Compensation

Starting at $20/hr, commensurate with experience. Full-time, weekdays and Saturdays, 9 am to 6 pm.
