Refund policy
We want you to love what you purchase therefore we have a 7-day return policy for refund and a 14-day return policy for store credit.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items / Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such sale items (all price reductions), custom products (such as custom orders for bedding or towels), and personal care goods (such as beauty & bath) and intimate items (such as socks).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipped orders
Our return policy offers a 7 day eligibility for refund and 14 day eligibility for store credit. For orders that are shipped, this is calculated by referencing the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier, and refers to the number of days past the delivery date.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alicia@oliveandelle.com.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
